James has 6 years experience within the Pensions Industry coming from a DC/Master Trust background, specialising in the implementing of new business.

At IGG, James provides support for his scheme teams, aiding with scheme governance, coordinating of meetings, handling Trustee discretionary death cases, managing invoice processing and setting yearly budgets, organising meetings packs alongside other duties and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Since joining IGG, James has successfully completed The Pension Regulator’s Trustee Toolkit and the Award in Pension Trusteeship. James aims to continue his career progression by studying for further vocational certificates to develop and work his way up within the business.
