Sharon Hancock has been promoted to Associate Director; Gail Le Grellier, James Hudson and Joe Ireland have been promoted to Trustee Manager; Clement Oppong, Keira Neale and Mariarosa Rossi have been promoted to Senior Associate; and James Lee, Lucy Smith, Mike Watson and Sian Ford have all been promoted to the role of Associate.

To further strengthen the Business Development & Marketing team, Eden Maggs has been promoted to Marketing Executive.

Matthew Course has been promoted to the role of Head of Research at IC Select.
