IGG grows team by 27% in first half of the financial year

Our IGG team has grown by 27% over the first half of the financial year. In total, 40 new starters have joined the team, bringing our total headcount up to 152, and an additional 20-strong represented by like minds.

To meet growing demand, we have recently opened new offices as we continue to expand our professional trustee services and governance offering across the UK.

Growth in the team has been across all levels, from Trustee Director to Assistant Associate, reflecting client demand for depth of expertise across the board. New Assistant Associates Abigail Finegan, Adebukola Ajiwokewu , Chloe Pattison, Harry Birch, Ivan Taylor, Lucy Loughborough and Lucy Smith, were joined by Associates Andrew Davy and Mariarosa Rossi.

New Senior Associates included Annette Balcombe, Carolyn Ealand, David Crampton, Gareth Hill, Nicole Delise and Phillip Stoker, alongside new Trustee Manager Peter Clarke.

They join recently announced Trustee Directors David Farmer, Jo Holden, Nicole Mullock, and Priti Ruparelia, as well as Associate Director Aziz Rahman and Trustee Manager Eve Keith.

To support the growth in client facing roles, we have also reinforced our central services team, with new hires across Human Resources and Finance Teams. Barbara Boateng joins as HR Adviser, supporting the people development initiatives, while Paresh Vallabh joins as Finance Manager. Fellow new starter Tomica Dowden is the new Office Manager and Lead PA.

The team works with over 450 pension schemes with combined assets under management of £315bn.

While enjoying exceptional growth following the merger, including later acquisitions of Clarity Trustees and like minds, we have also established a regional presence with offices in Bristol.
