Andrew McCarthy

Andrew has over 30 years of industry experience with various organisations as a consultant, project manager and in-house pensions manager.

Andrew has extensive experience working within the water industry on its pension arrangements. He worked for over 5 years early in his career on the Water Companies and Lyonnaise des Eaux pension schemes and more recently spent 8 years as the Pensions Manager at Southern Water.

Andrew has been a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute since 2010 and also has wide experience of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes associated with industry employers from a range of other industry sectors.

Andrew’s strong problem-solving and communication skills along with a detailed understanding of both Trustee and employer perspectives make him a valuable addition to our governance servicing teams.
