Sena Erkas

Sena started her career as Pensions Administrator in 2017 and has predominantly worked in Third Party Administration.

Sena works alongside other administrators and associates in the business ensuring all invoices are logged and processed in a timely manner, that papers for meeting packs are drafted and presented to a high standard, scheme advisers are kept up to date and that the schemes she is allocated to run smoothly. This is achieved by: processing invoices, organising meeting packs, monitoring and updating of the team’s action plans; scheduling regular update meetings; reviewing scheme calendars to ensure deadlines are met and; liaising with advisers to ensure they are on track to provide any information required by the Trustee.

Sena works on Schemes of various sizes from pension schemes for a small number of executives to Scheme’s with over 1000 members. The schemes that Sena works on range from various sectors such as retail, construction and pharmaceutical.

The key challenges Sena has addressed on her schemes is making sure her schemes are compliant with the Pension Regulators single code of practice by making sure her Schemes have the required documents in place.
