IGG welcomes Jo Holden as the latest Trustee Director

Jo joins our IGG team with over 20 years of pensions industry experience, including four as a non-executive Trustee Director of Charterhouse Pensions Limited.

Prior to joining IGG, Jo was Head of Governance for the HSBC DC Master Trust, she was previously responsible for managing the Bank’s global pension risk exposure.

In her new role supporting our clients, Jo will focus on good governance and risk management for pension schemes, drawing on her broad experience as a trustee, consultant and in-house sponsor expertise to provide robust advice on key regulatory requirements. She will have a particular focus on DC-related work.

Jo will be based across both the London and newly opened Bristol offices, where her experience across the pensions industry makes her well placed to bolster and develop current and future business operations.

Her arrival continues a sustained period of expansion, with recent hires including Trustee Director Stuart Travers who is also based in the Bristol office, and Associate Directors Vanessa Roberts and Katherine Ball. IGG’s team of 64 accredited trustees has specialisms across risk transfer, PCST, outsource governance, and investment and funding solutions.
