Priti has worked in the pension provider arena for over 25 years. She has considerable experience working with trustees, employers and their advisers. She uses her experience and expertise to build strong, collaborative relationships.

Her previous role involved heading up the DC Client Relationship team at Legal & General, which included being responsible for the L&G Master Trust relationship for a period of time. Prior to that, Priti was a Senior Client Director at BlackRock/ Aegon where she managed both DC and DB client relationships.

Priti has experience in DC contract, single trust and master trust arrangements. She has overseen the setup of new DC pension schemes as well as the transition of Trust schemes to Master Trust arrangements.

Priti’s focus has always been on the member and she holds a strong interest in the communication journey a member goes through.  She has been involved in many propositional developments leading to enhancing the member experience throughout her career.

Priti sits on the advisory board of the DCIF.

  • Building and managing relationships with corporate sponsors and advisers
  • Member communications
  • Project Management and delivery
  • Transfer of DC Trusts to DC Master Trust
  • Managing relationships of all scheme sizes from £10m to £1bn+, across a range of industries
  • Overseeing setup of new DC schemes
  • Supporting DC scheme wind ups
  • Working with corporates and their advisers on DC investment strategies
  • Creating a member communication strategy in line with employer business objectives
