Loretta is an experienced Pensions Manager and Trustee Secretary with a range of DB and DC experience and has previously worked for Saga, Virgin Atlantic and the People’s Partnership during the onboarding period of automatic enrolment.

She takes pride in providing the best service and outcomes for members and Trustees through her extensive pensions experience in various sectors including in-house and third-party roles and her willingness to get involved and learn new skills.

In her last role Loretta was involved in a number of restructuring exercises including closure of the company’s DB and DC scheme and onboarding to a Master Trust arrangement, which involved consultations, workshops, managing the relationship between Trustee and Company and liaising with the Master Trust provider and internal HR and payroll teams. Loretta is also used to managing conflicts, whilst dealing with both the Trustee and Company advisers.

As Trustee Secretary she has experience in arranging meetings, creating agendas, collating meeting packs and uploading to electronic meeting applications, taking minutes and managing action logs.

Loretta has successfully completed the Pension Trustee Toolkit.
