Nicole is an accomplished professional bringing over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry with a strong focus in Pensions Administration and Employee Benefits.

Nicole has managed a portfolio of both DB and DC schemes (including a Defined Contribution Provident Fund with over 16,000 members).

Nicole works on a portfolio of schemes across a range of sectors and provides trustee support on all aspects of day-to-day pension scheme management. Her responsibilities include assisting with the management of trustees’ business plans, agenda items, instructing advisers, IDRP and pensions ombudsman cases, member communications and ensuring that decisions are taken by the board of trustees in line with legal and regulatory requirements. In addition to acting as Scheme Secretary and supporting the day-to-day management of DB and DC pension schemes for a number of clients, Nicole has also been involved with various projects, including buy-ins and buyouts, investment strategy updates, scheme mergers and de-mergers, new scheme set up, and scheme closures.
