Luke is an experienced professional pensions trustee. He has a diverse portfolio of appointments, ranging in size from £1m to £80m, including Chair, Co-Trustee and Professional Corporate Sole Trustee (PCST) positions. He is a trustee on DB schemes and Life Assurance Schemes (including an Excepted Group Life Assurance Scheme) across a range of sectors, including banking, agriculture, manufacturing, motor and non-profit. Luke also provides Secretariat support to a DC Master Trust, with a particular focus on resolving complex IDRPs.

In these roles, Luke has managed actuarial valuations, regulatory interactions concerning historic issues, risk transfer, adviser reviews/transfers and other project work, including member communications and governance.

He has extensive regulatory experience, having previously worked for 14 years at The Pensions Regulator (TPR) in leadership roles spanning functions in Regulatory Compliance and Market Oversight, and has demonstrated an ability to draw on this experience to help clients navigate a range of regulatory challenges.

Luke is passionate about bringing his diverse experience to bear in his capacity as an experienced Accredited Professional Pensions Trustee, for the benefit of our clients, pension scheme beneficiaries and wider stakeholders. He is very familiar with regulatory developments and well positioned to assist clients with navigating the ever-more-complex regulatory landscape and interactions.
