Carolyn is an experienced pensions professional with over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Carolyn provides support to Trustee Managers and Directors.

Carolyn is able to utilise her knowledge of pension scheme governance, providing secretariat support to pension schemes of varying sizes and maturity.

Carolyn is effective at co-ordinating trustee and sub-committee meetings and ensuring that actions are completed. Carolyn has a wealth of experience relating to discretionary member-related decisions, complaints management, managing annual business plans and risk registers, overseeing projects such as the production of annual newsletters and Trustee Reports and Accounts.
