Donna has over 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry including pensions administration, pensions legal, and pensions technical. Donna has been involved in providing legal advice to Trustee boards on the impact of new pension legislation, scheme wind ups and corporate transactions.

Donna has worked as a technical specialist on the BT Pension Scheme and provided technical support to the trustee on scheme governance and Trustee training. Donna has also been involved in projects such as Pension Increase Exchange, trivial commutation exercises and the establishment of a Delegated Authority Panel for first stage discretionary death benefit decisions.

In other in-house roles Donna has been involved in providing secretariat support to the Trustees of a large DB Pension scheme, and was involved in corporate transactions including, sales acquisitions and scheme mergers.
