Ellis has over eight years of experience in the pensions industry with a focus on ‘small scheme’ defined benefit schemes. He has previously worked for two large benefit consultancy firms with a pensions administration background.

A strong project manager with excellent communication, with particular expertise in reviewing scheme rules, latest pension legislation and TPR regulations to break them down into easily understandable terms with clarity for all stakeholders.

His day to day role includes liaising with advisers and employers with a client focussed approach to help deliver their required goals and objectives, with a particular passion stemming from his administration background to deliver the best member outcomes possible.

Ellis has completed the TPR Trustee Toolkit and is working towards further PMI qualification to obtain Professional Trustee accreditation.

  • Project management of over fifty schemes for pension administration scheme events such as pension increases, annual scheme renewals.
  • Leading on technical and scheme rules analysis to ensure compliance with TPR regulations, legislation, and HMRC guidelines.
  • Analysis and strong working background in pensions administration member calculations and review.
  • Working on historic data and rectification projects.
  • Day to day support to all scheme stakeholders to deliver required objectives
  • Drafting of complaint responses, error reviews and IDRP.
