IGG’s new Head of Outsourced Governance Services

Clare has over 20 years’ of scheme governance and trusteeship experience. She was appointed as a Trustee Director in April 2022 having joined, and subsequently working through, the business 8 years ago.

IGG’s Outsourced Governance Services team works with firms where an in-house pensions manager is unavailable, or where in-house teams require additional support in an increasingly complex legislative and regulatory environment. The Outsourced Governance Service offering is entirely flexible according to business need, with both short-term projects and long-term appointments available. What is central to IGG’s solution is the provision of experienced resource, depth of knowledge and understanding around the challenges faced by in-house teams; and cost-efficiency to all appointments.

Clare takes over the role from John Lovell, Trustee Director and previous Head of Outsourced Governance Services. John will retire at the end of the year after more than 30 years in the pensions industry.

Outsourced Governance Services is one of IGG’s 13 Centres of Excellence which were established following the business’ formation in February 2023.
