IGG welcomes Tim Giles and Luke Wilcox

09 April 2024

IGG today announces the appointments of Tim Giles as Trustee Director and Luke Wilcox as Associate Director.

Tim Giles brings over 30 years’ experience in the pensions and investment industry. As former Head of Investment at Aon, Tim was responsible for the firm’s Investment Consulting and Fiduciary Management business in the UK and EMEA. As part of that role, he was CEO of Aon Investment Limited, the investment management business responsible for Fiduciary Management services. Tim is an active contributor to industry thought leadership and is a regular speaker and participant at conference and webinar panels.

Luke Wilcox brings extensive regulatory experience from his 14 years at The Pensions Regulator (TPR) where he held leadership roles spanning functions in Regulatory Compliance and Market Oversight. In addition to personally leading some of TPR’s most significant cases, Luke established and led the first dedicated team responsible for regulating the funding of all DB occupational pension schemes under Part 3 Pensions Act 2004, before becoming a founding-member of the Senior Leadership Team of TPR’s Enforcement Directorate.

Tim and Luke join at the same time as a further three Assistant Associates – Gerson Portugues, Jack Pearce and Kymani Watson-Samuels. IGG now comprises over 200 pensions professionals based across four UK offices.

Andrew Bradshaw, Chief Executive Officer said:

“I’m really pleased to welcome all our new joiners to the business. As we continue to deliver best-in-class trusteeship and governance services, Tim and Luke’s experience and skills will help us to continue to meet the needs of schemes in ever-increasing numbers. We’re committed to providing a comprehensive and holistic skillset as trustees, and these appointments reflect our commitment to attracting and retaining the very best talent.”
