Annette is a pension professional with over 30 years’ experience managing the administration of DB and DC workplace pension schemes both in-house and with third party consultancies.

She has held many roles including Client Services Manager, Group Pensions Administration Manager and Group Technical Specialist. As Group Pensions Administration Manager of a £600m DB CARE pension scheme, Annette was also Secretary to the Trustees. She has spent time working offshore in the Channel Islands in Trustee and Secretariat roles and as a Technical Specialist for various DB and DC international workplace pension and savings schemes. The role also involved communication tasks such as reviewing Scheme documentation and member data for both new pension schemes and as part of the winding up process of old pension schemes.

Annette is now an Accredited Member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees and holds a Professional PMI qualification.
