Carolyn is an experienced pensions professional with over 27 years in the industry, spanning both pension consultancy and administration. She currently serves as Scheme Secretary on a number of pension schemes, including several with sole trustee appointments.

While predominantly governance‑focused, Carolyn applies her extensive knowledge and expertise to project management across a wide range of exercises, including buy‑ins, buyouts and scheme wind‑ups.

She is highly effective in coordinating trustee and sub‑committee activity and works collaboratively with Trustees and advisers to provide comprehensive and well‑structured support.

Carolyn is also a fully accredited professional pension trustee with the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT).
