Clement joined from Mercer having held various positions as a Senior Pension Administrator for DB Schemes.

He started his career at Merchant and Navy Pension Administration (MNPA Ltd, which later became part of JLT) working there for almost eight years.

He holds the Award in Pension Trusteeship and is a student member of PM

Since joining IGG , Clement has helped to successfully transfer a number of Schemes to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) or secured benefits with insurers.

Clement is an Accredited Professional Pension Trustee and a Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT) member.
