Deryn has worked in the pensions industry since 2019, building experience in consulting, pensions administration, and professional trusteeship.

As a Senior Associate, she supports a diverse portfolio of clients across DB, DC, Sole Trustee and Pension Protection Fund (PPF) arrangements, providing governance, trustee support and secretarial services.

Deryn’s experience includes managing complex pension projects, supporting risk transfer activity and delivering governance and data-focused solutions. Her background has provided her with a strong technical understanding of pension scheme design, benefits, member data and funding-related matters, enabling her to work effectively with trustees, advisers and other specialists. She works closely with stakeholders to support the effective management of schemes, maintain strong governance frameworks and meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Known for her organised, collaborative and pragmatic approach, Deryn is currently working towards accreditation with the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT).
