  • Acting as the central point of coordination for advisers, employers and stakeholders.
  • Presenting at trustee meetings and contributing to strategic discussions and long‑term planning.
  • Overseeing and delivering projects such as governance reviews, adviser transitions and member communications exercises.
  • Working effectively within diverse and complex organisational structures to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
