Eve Keith

With over twenty five years’ experience in the pensions industry, Eve balances strong technical knowledge with communication, leadership and change management skills. Her background is in in-house Scheme Secretary and Pension Manager roles, working closely with employers and trustees.

She is passionate about providing first class trusteeship services, and has worked with schemes ranging from small schemes to very large schemes. Eve has experience working with Trustee Boards on all aspects of day to day pension scheme management as well as a range of specific matters such as DC bulk transfers to Master Trusts, implementation of Effective Systems of Governance, adviser reviews and tender exercises.

Eve brings experience and insight to strategic, project and core governance services, working within time and budget constraints whilst keeping the member experience at the forefront. With a strong focus on governance, Eve works pragmatically to ensure that Trustee Boards remain compliant and demonstrate best practice where possible in a constantly evolving environment. She has considerable expertise in risk management and in creating or evolving scheme policies and practices. Eve works with a range of advisers and service providers and maintains good working relationships with all key stakeholders.

Eve is a fully accredited professional pensions trustee with the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT). She is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI). Eve is also a member of the PMI’s Advisory Council, and Chair of its Risk and Assurance Committee.
