Keira is an experienced pensions professional and has worked in the pensions industry since 2016. She is a named scheme secretary, providing scheme governance, trustee support and secretarial services to a varied portfolio of clients.

Keira works with trustees, employers and advisers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of schemes. She effectively manages projects, presents to the board at trustee meetings and co-ordinates adviser selections. Her background within pensions administration means she has strong technical knowledge of projects such as GMP Equalisation and Pensions Dashboard. She has experience of working across various pension scheme governance structures and has worked with a variety of stakeholders, including employers, boards, committees and third-party advisers within the industry across both DB and DC schemes.

Keira looks to drive efficiencies where possible for her schemes, scrutinising adviser expenditure to ensure the annual budget is on track and appropriate cost savings are achieved.

Keira has attained the PMI Award in Pension Trusteeship and PMI Certificate in Pension Trusteeship qualifications and is working towards her APPT accreditation.
