Luke is an experienced professional trustee with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from £10m to £2bn, covering both Chair of Trustees and Professional Corporate Sole Trustee appointments. He also leads IGG’s Pensions Dashboard Working Group, helping schemes prepare for the evolving dashboard requirements.

Across his trustee positions, Luke has overseen a range of projects, including actuarial valuations, historical benefit investigations, risk transfer exercises, adviser reviews and data‑driven initiatives. His background enables him to approach issues with both a technical and practical understanding.

Luke places strong emphasis on collaboration. He actively engages with sponsors, members and wider stakeholders to ensure decisions are well informed and aligned with longer term objectives.

He is fully accredited as a professional trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
