With more than 30 years of leadership experience in professional services, Mike brings a wealth of strategic, operational and growth expertise to Independent Governance Group as Chief Executive Officer.

Mike leads the firm as it enters its next phase of growth, building on its established position as a leading provider of professional pensions trusteeship, governance and communication services. He is responsible for guiding the business’s long-term strategy, supporting its people and clients, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality services across the UK and Ireland.

Prior to joining IGG, Mike held senior leadership positions at major professional services firms, including serving as UK Managing Partner. His extensive experience of leading large, complex organisations and driving business transformation supports IGG’s ambition to continue growing and evolving in a changing pensions landscape.
