Mike has more than 25 years of experience in the pensions industry, having worked as both a consulting actuary and a professional pension trustee.

Following ten years as a Partner at Barnett Waddingham, he became a Director at Western Pension Solutions before establishing ProPensions in 2019.

Based in Glasgow, he has worked with trustee boards and sponsoring employers from a wide range of sectors right across the UK, providing services to the pension schemes of private and family owned businesses, Plcs and not-for-profit organisations.

He is fully accredited by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
