Nicky has a broad pensions background in scheme governance, trustee secretarial services, scheme management and member-focused work.

As an Associate, she works with a diverse portfolio of clients across DB, Hybrid, Sole Trustee and Co-Trustee arrangements and has experience across governance, trustee secretarial services and stakeholder engagement, working closely with trustees, advisers and other stakeholders to help ensure schemes are managed effectively and that members receive a high standard of service. Her background includes claims handling and complex member case management, providing her with a strong understanding of the practical challenges faced by pension schemes and their members. Nicky provides comprehensive minutes across her clients and ensures all regulatory requirements for schemes are met.
