Overview

Phil is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at IGG and is responsible for originating and delivering M&A opportunities and supporting the development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives across the business.

Phil brings extensive M&A transaction and board level experience gained from his previous roles as a private equity investor, corporate finance lead advisor and head of corporate development in the financial services sector. Phil joined IGG in 2023 from private equity house LDC where he led their initial investment in Ross Trustees in 2020 and subsequent merger with ITS. Phil started his career at PwC where he qualified as a chartered accountant before moving into their corporate finance team.
