Philip works with both employers and advisers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of schemes. He has previous experience as a pensions consultant advising trustees on governance issues for both DB and DC occupational schemes.

He project managed DC scheme wind-ups and new scheme selection and implementation. He also has experience helping DB trustees with pragmatic and proportional solutions to the single code of practice and helping with gap analysis to identify any weaknesses.
