Philippa has worked in pensions for 2 years and has previously worked as a pensions administrator for both DB and DC schemes.

Philippa’s role consists of providing support to the Trustees and coordinating with other team members to manage scheme business plans, organise trustee meetings and packs, and scheme governance.

She has Completed The Pensions’ Regulator Trustee Toolkit and is studying to undertake the exams for the PMI advanced diploma in retirement provision
