Richard Haslam

Richard has 30 years management experience in the banking and insurance sector covering roles in risk management, product development, project management and communications.

He has worked on large DB schemes since 2017 helping establish the necessary governance structures and policies to ensure the best member outcomes are achieved.

Richard also provides project management expertise to schemes to ensure successful delivery of projects including risk transfer, data rectifications, TPA transitions and GMP equalisation. Richard provides secretariat and pensions management services including setting agendas, drafting policies and member communications and managing member disputes.

Richard has completed both the Award and Certificate in Pension Trusteeship. When not working in pensions Richard has been known to tread the boards as an amateur actor and climb the odd mountain or three.
