With more than 20 years of experience in pensions and business transformation, Sam is known for delivering complex projects with clarity, professionalism and a strong focus on successful client outcomes.

Her background as a Pension Scheme Administration Manager and Scheme Secretary provides valuable insight into trustee governance, scheme operations and regulatory requirements.

As part of the trustee-led Project Management Office team, Sam combines deep pensions expertise with strong project management disciplines to help schemes navigate complex change programmes with confidence.

She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and ProfPMI-qualified project manager.

  • Managed the full project lifecycle across a broad range of pension scheme initiatives, including scheme onboarding and implementation, mergers, adviser transitions, member options and experience programmes, governance framework implementation, data improvement and GMP projects, buy-in and buyout transactions, bulk annuity transactions, and scheme wind-up activities.
  • Led multidisciplinary teams within highly regulated pensions environments, coordinating trustees, administrators, actuaries, legal advisers, investment consultants, risk transfer specialists and sponsoring employers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Successfully delivered multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality, regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
