Sian has worked in the pensions industry since 2019 and has since built her expertise particularly in pensions administration.

Starting as a Trainee Administrator and advancing to a Pensions Administrator, She is known for her friendly and conscientious approach, ensuring the smooth operation of pension schemes and delivering top-quality service to members. She has specialised knowledge in DB pension schemes and has completed the Trustee Toolkit.

Sian’s role at IGG consists of providing assistance to the Trustee’s on the day-to-day governance of the Pension Schemes, and assisting with ongoing project work on her clients.

Sian has completed the Trustee Toolkit and is eager to further expand her knowledge and continue growing in her career.

  • Qualifications in both Award in Pensions Essentials (APE) and Certificate in Pensions Calculations (CPC)
  • Preparing various member mail-outs throughout the year to large memberships.
