Suraj has a good knowledge of the importance of the requirements for good governance and the challenges facing Trustees on the running of pension schemes. They have experience in pensions governance, with 8 years’ experience in the pensions industry, originally in pensions administration.

Suraj works across many schemes as the Scheme Secretary, including multi-employer schemes, schemes in PPF assessment and currently undergoing risk transfer projects.  Suraj works closely with Trustees and advisers to ensure that project timescales are delivered. As Scheme Secretary, Suraj coordinates trustee meetings, ensuring actions are progressed within an agreed timescale, reviewing discretionary member cases, ensuring compliance to the General Code and ensuring projects are progressed to a high standard and completed on time.

Suraj is a fully accredited Trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
