Vikram has 12 years’ experience in the strategic management of DB pension schemes.

He started his career in investment consulting for a leading employee benefits consultancy where he built out the Asset Liability Management proposition within the then fledgling delegated fiduciary management offering.

He has significant experience in revitalising in-house pension teams through the creation of a team of highly technical individuals. Leading the identification and sponsorship of bespoke technological solutions, he has improved the funding positions of UK and Irish Schemes while reducing scheme running costs.

Vikram has built a significant experience in Solvency II modeling and implementation. He has negotiated and implemented three of the largest swaps in the UK pensions markets.

As Head of Funding Solutions, he led the development of IGGiQ, revolutionising the way pension schemes use data, transforming it from a compliance and reporting obligation into a powerful tool for making better decisions.
