IGG announces 18 promotions across its team

Katherine Ball and Vanessa Roberts have been promoted to Trustee Directors after both joining IGG as Associate Directors earlier this year. Katherine is a fully accredited professional trustee and qualified actuary with over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry. Her career has spanned a variety of roles including those of scheme actuary, scheme secretary, corporate sole trustee and trustee board chair.

Vanessa, based in our Bristol office, is a fully accredited professional trustee who acts for a number of schemes. Her career of over 28 years has seen her work across DB and DC schemes, as well as local government and public sector schemes, including leading the in-house governance and secretariat for Nationwide’s £7.5bn pension scheme.

Jacqui Butterworth and Paul Sherman have been promoted to Associate Directors. Jacqui has expertise in guiding schemes through transactions and restructurings, while Paul is an experienced scheme secretary who specialises in PPF assessments and Financial Compensation Fund claims.

We also see Jake Churchill, Hannah Cosgrove, Sharon Hancock, Thi Bang Hoang, Joe Porter and Dominic Thurlow promoted to Trustee Manager; Suraj Gandecha, James Hudson, Joseph Ireland and Daniel Leader to Senior Associate; Sena Erkas, Dominic Marr and Philippa Wilson to Associate.

Tais De Quieroz has been promoted to Head of Human Resources, a newly created role to shape recruitment and retention strategies as we look ahead to its second year of operations.

While benefitting from growing demand and consolidation in the professional trustee sector during its first year of operations, establishing a regional presence in Bristol and Birmingham while securing a number of new appointments and business wins. We currently hold over 450 scheme appointments with a combined asset value of over £350bn.
