IGG announces series of promotions and new hires

IGG today announces 17 promotions as it continues to strengthen its industry-leading team.

Dan Gilmour and Michael Do have been promoted to Trustee Director after both joining the business in 2022. Dan has extensive experience as a specialist employer covenant adviser. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in pensions, 14 of which were spent working for two of the UK’s largest occupational pension schemes.

Accredited Trustees Collette Taylor, Lewis Drew, Maria Keen and Stephanie Jenner have been promoted to Associate Director. The promotions, effective from 1 July, also see Andrew McCarthy, Chris Tabersham and David Preston promoted to Trustee Manager; Richard Haslam to Senior Associate; Adam Whitehead, Ceri Tracey, Keira Neale and Nick Bird to Associate.

To further strengthen the central services team, Kayley Neale has been promoted to EA Team Lead, along with Ameila Pettifer and Lucie Rowsell who have been promoted Executive Assistant.

IGG also welcomed 11 new joiners in May and June in both client facing and central services roles.

During its second year of operations, IGG has established a regional presence in both Manchester and Edinburgh, while securing a number of new appointments and business wins, as well as mostly recently expanding its service offering with the launch of IGGnite and IGGiQ.
